This ring is practically another layer of skin. My recent order was actually a warranty replacement for the one I've worn for more than a year which sadly had a defect that finally caused it to break, and I was heartbroken. It's been such a steadfast piece, never gotten a single scratch or bend, and so it was a shock when the chain popped. It was much more of a shock when I saw how incredible the customer service was from start to finish. Honestly, I've never had a customer service experience that good before in my entire life, and about a week later I had a fresh Resist on my finger again. I'm wearing it now as I type this, and I checked all the joints and none look weak at all, so I don't expect to have the pleasure of talking to customer service again, but I know now that they will always stand by the quality of their pieces, and I know why... I also have other pieces from them that have lasted multiple years with absolutely no problems, and I adore everything I have from Vitaly. I look forward to my next order!
