    3 stars because the chain is gorgeous, heavy, and powerful. Would be a full five, but i bought several products from them, totaling a few hundred during their sale, for all i spent and they shipped everything in a flimsy media-style bubble bug that did not protect the boxes. All the items themselves were undamaged thankfully, but Vitaly boxes are beautiful, especially for this chain, and i like to keep them, but all three boxes were damaged because of how they chose to ship it. High quality though. My gf loved it for a Xmas gift.
