to be honest, I have bought this bracelet twice in the span of a year, twice!!!! which means I love it to the point of buying it a second time only however in those two times it fell off my wrist and was lost! I'm pondering about it buying it for the third time but I dont think so, there are some MAJOR issues with the clasp, it easily falls off, and don't think I'll buy it and bargain with that again adding to that the support team doesn't help it all! FIX THE CLASP!!!!!! Very disappointed !!!!!

This is the third chain that I have bought from you guys and the clasp everytime comes undone. This is the third bracelet I have bought simply because I have lost the other ones. This morning it fell off and will probably be the last product I buy from Vitaly.
