Admittedly, I am not a fan of having to write product reviews every time I order something. However, Vitaly is a company that truly offers exceptional products, and equally exceptional customer service. Initially, I ordered a bracelet as a gift and it proved to be the tiniest bit too small. The return process was phenomenally easy. The Customer Service story here just gets better. When the second bracelet arrived, (we had to order a different style as the original was not available in a larger size), incredibly, it too, was too small. This was no fault of the company, it had a different type of clasp, and it was just a tiny bit too snug for comfort. Flawlessly, with no questions asked this company facilitated the return of the second bracelet hence sent out a third. The third fit perfectly! It is beautifully crafted and environmentally conscientious. I cannot recommend this company or it jewelry enough. Many thanks Vitaly!
