    Great product and experience

    This is a gorgeous chain. It feels both luxurious and sturdy. The packaging was done with care and shipping was fast. Customer service called to confirm my order and it was a nice touch as I'd never experienced that before. You can tell that this company cares about its customers. Great experience overall so I just bought another chain... As a Canadian, I'm very proud to support them.

    Beautiful

    Had a defect with two charms connected on different sides of their respective links so cannot hang down as shown in pictures. Ordered a replacement, hoping it will be properly linked because the necklace is beautiful and unique.
