Didn’t fit, sent it in for a replacement. Exchange process was smooth but Unfortunately never received the replacement and their CS team was unwilling to help with the situation. I wasn’t told about a change in my tracking number until I inquired. It was supposedly delivered before Xmas but like many delivery mistakes during that time, I never received it. Rating a 2 as the original bracelet did seem of good quality. Overall experience not too great as I never got replacements or refund for these gifts.
