    I have bought a few things from vitaly and usually have been very happy with them. I bought this at a discounted price around end of the year when vitaly were running discounts. A glass piece fell out after 12ish months. The clasps regularly snag onto long sleeve jackets, sweaters etc. and it probably loosens them over time so it seems like a design issue.

    Vitaly accepted a return when the gem fell out, however I was given a coupon instead of a replacement since they were out of stock on this bracelet in my size. Since they don't have a discount running, I requested if they can just exchange it with another bracelet and I pay the difference in price, but their policy doesn't allow it. So I am forced to either pay a much higher price for the replacement or be without a bracelet till they run a similar discount till the end of the year. Not the best experience TBH.

    Not for daily use

    Product is not for daily use. First glass stone fell out of its setting after 3 days of wear. No bangs, or damage to the bracelet, I guess because the prongs are thin metal it is easy for the glass to become loose. I'm sure more will come loose in the coming days and fall out. Pretty though, but maybe for occasional wear.

    Ornate

    My Coherence bracelet looks eloquent as it captures the eye. It feels fairly light on the wrist but comfortable. The pale blue glass crystals pop, though smaller than i had thought. If you like this style i recommend.
