main product image mockups are much sharper and more defined than the actual product, the actual earrings lose most of the edge definition so the original shape is there but none of the details I thought I was paying for.

The earrings arrived broken (the locking arms are poorly soldered and broke off immediately) and I was unable to return them as they were on “clearance”. Very disappointed.

While our clearance items are typically final sale, receiving a defective product falls outside of our normal policy parameters. This type of manufacturing defect should not occur with any of our pieces, and it falls well below our quality standards.
