Description
Designed in collaboration with Toronto-based designer Spencer Badu, the Coast chain explores his own Ghanaian heritage and the idea of migration. Composed of custom geometric steel beads, genuine African turquoise stones and real cowrie shells, the Coast evokes memories from the beaches of Africa — a place of warmth and friendship, represented by a removable Ghanaian adinkra symbol that translates to “Unity.” Finished with a co-branded Glyph carabiner clasp and adjustable sizing chain with SB branding.
Materials: Stainless Steel, African Turquoise, Cowrie Shell. 40cm (16”) in length, adjustable up to 50cm (20”).

It's the first time that a chain gives me a sophisticated but at the same time relaxed vibe. The shine that the spheres have is amazing. It also makes it special that each of them are designed differently. The green tone of the front spheres combines perfectly with the neutral white of the shells. And the icing on the cake is its Ghanaian adinkra symbol. Perfection

I bought it immediately as it came out. I was looking for pear necklaces but this one is the one that sets your chain apart from other one while fitting in with other clothes. I love that Vitaly is teaming up with Canadian brands - I follow Spencer Badu as well now.
