What's your return and exchange policy?
If you are not 100% happy with your order, you can ship your item back to us within 30 days of it arriving with you (or until January 15th if you ordered between November 1st and December 15th of the 2023 holiday season)
Your order may not be eligible for return or exchange if the product:
Has visible wear or damage.
Is not in the original package, including boxes, sleeves and/or tags.
Is a final sale item (this does not include the use of a discount code or site-wide sales)
Returns can take up to 3 weeks to process but usually are much sooner. Your money will head back to your original payment method.
If you are within the 30-day policy for a return or exchange and are a Canadian or United States customer, then a prepaid return label will be provided to you via our returns portal.
A handling fee of $8 USD for USA customers and $9 USD for Canadian customers will be applied to all returns for refund.
What's your return and exchange holiday extension?
Return & Exchange Extensions
In addition to our standard 30-day Return/Exchange policy, customers who made purchases between November 1st and December 15th of the 2023 holiday season will be eligible to return or exchange their purchases until January 15th 2024, subject to the normal rules and stipulations of our return/exchange policy located in our website help centre.
Note that some items are final sale. items purchased from our Sale/Clearance section and our earrings and lip cuffs are final sale and can not be exchanged or returned.
Do you offer gift cards?
We do! These come in 50, 100, 200, 500 amounts.
You can purchase one at our North American store and also our European store.
Our gift cards have no expiration date and can only be used on online and not in our storefronts.
Do you offer gift receipts?
We do not, but we can allow any customer to use the return portal. All they need is the Order Number and Zip/Postal Code to submit their request.
If they would like to update the return address, please get in touch via email as soon as you submit your request on the return portal.
Do you offer buy now pay later options?
Yes, we offer Sezzle and Klarna payment options for select countries.
How does Sezzle work?
Split your entire online purchase into 4 interest-free payments over 6 weeks with no impact on your credit score. Add your items to the cart as normal and simply check out with Sezzle. You may have to create or be logged into your Vitaly account to see this option.
How does Klarna work?
Split your entire online purchase into 3 interest-free payments or pay in 30 days with no impact on your credit score. Add your items to the cart as normal and simply check out with Klarna. Are there any items I can not return or exchange?
Yes, earrings and lip cuffs are non-returnable/exchangeable for hygiene reasons. Any clothing that has been worn (other than a quick sizing check) is also non-returnable.
Any items purchased in the Sale/Clearance section of our website are final sale, and cannot be returned or exchanged.
What are the shipping rates?
North American, UK and International orders over $70.00 USD will have free worldwide shipping. Rates for express shipping will vary from country to country.
EU orders over €50,00 will receive free CTT Shipping.
Please Note: EU orders over €100,00 will be upgraded to receive free express shipping.
For North American, UK and International orders under $70.00 USD:
